Question: What type of business do you supply to?
Answer: Our business clients vary from the typical sole trader to a large national PLC. We treat all our customers the same with the best possible customer service experience.
We also supply to the trade for re selling. (Call for more information).
Question: I am unsure about an item you sell, do you provide a trial?
Answer: All the products we offer have been personally tested by a member of the team and we can give first hand experience, however with some products we can offer you a free trial before you buy where possible.
Question: I am not a limited company, can I still have the multi mobile packages?
Answer: Regardless of your status of company, you can have any type of mobile or landline package depending on your credit status. Orange momentum packages are designed for more than 10 employees but are not restricted to under 10.
Question: We have a BT line and were in contract so is there anything you can do?
Answer: Most our customers contact us when their up and running which is unfortunate as we are unable to give you a complete bill. However, we can still manage your calls and broadband while in contract. Once your line rental has lapsed we can then offer a complete bill with line rental.
Question: I don't like the idea of two bills for my fixed line. What is the alternative?
Answer: Unfortunately if you are in contract with BT for the line rental, we are unable to take this line from BT. But give us a call and we can see what penalty BT will impose and maybe look at paying this for you.
Question: Why are all your prices excluding VAT?
Answer: All our prices exclude VAT on our website as we supply the majority of our stock to other vat registered business users. However if you are not VAT registered, give us a call and we will work out the amount for you including VAT.
