Fixed Landline

Does your business have the time to look at call costs or what you pay for line rental?

We assume what we're paying would be the going rate. Unfortunately this is wrong and your current landline supplier is probably charging you a different rate to every other business around you.

The average rates from the main suppliers range from 3p - 8p per minute (local and national) with a 5p minimum call charge, giving you an extremely high call charge when adding on your minimum call cost.

Our rates start from 1p per minute up to 2.5p with a 1p minimum call charge and with a usual saving of up to 60% for our customer. (rates dependent on your call spend per year)

If you would like to know what your paying and how much you could be saving by switching your calls and/or line rental to JL Data use our free online quoting tool below.

Alternatively, you can fax your recent telephone bill to 01656 665338 and one of our account manager will work out exactly what your paying now and how much you could be saving with JL Data.

Frequently asked questions...

Q: Our calls and line rental are with BT and I know we are in contract, can you help?

A: Usually you would be in contract for your line rental which is a small part of most company phone bills. The calls are the majority of your monthly/quarterly spend and we can still bill for this regardless of your contract.

Q: We have several monthly bills from three different suppliers and I have no idea where we are with it all?

A: We would recommend you contact us and we can arrange to pick up a copy of these bills and deliver a detailed proposal of the arrangement you have now. Don't worry about your contracts with these suppliers, as if we are unable to help now we can at least advise you when we would be able to combine everything into one affordable package with us.

Q: We can't change our number and we have ISDN2/30, can you still help?

A: Our costs for ISDN2/30 are between 10-50% lower than our main competitors as we have direct links with BT to lower these costs.

Usually you would be tied into a 5/7 year contract for ISDN, however we can still give you lower costs and once your contract is up we will bring over your ISDN

Q: Can you Install new telephone lines and convert our lines to ISDN?

A: Regardless of how much you know business telecoms this is where we help.

We can install new lines, convert you to ISDN where needed and even train you on how to use your existing system. Our costs are always lower than BT.
