The LG GDK Telephone System Family - GDK 16, GDK 20W

 

 

The LG range of GDK digital telephone systems are designed to meet the needs of small to medium size organisations. Using LG's innovative technology, the GDK range supports both analogue and digital telephony. The LG GDK 16 portfolio of Small Office Home Office (SOHO) telecommunications products have been designed specifically for small and start-up companies requiring the professional look and feel of a larger organisation.

The LG GDK 20W digital hybrid telephone system has been developed to ensure greater mobility for office-based staff so they can stay in touch an answer calls wherever they are. It supports up to 20 DECT terminals and 3 DECT base stations. The GDK 20W phone system provides up to 8 lines and 34 extensions (ISDN, analogue or both).

PBX TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

GDK 16A- an analogue phone system using up to 6 normal exchange lines or 4 digital (ISDN) channels and allows up to 12 extensions. The system allows calls to be transferred, conference calls , paging features and call forwarding to external numbers.

GDK 16E- an analogue phone system using up to 6 normal exchange lines or 6 digital (ISDN) channels and allows up to 20 extensions. The system, offers call handling , internal call forwarding, displays incoming caller information, conferencing, paging features ,external call forwarding , voice messaging, providing system greetings, menu options for callers and allowing callers to leave messages.

GDK 20W - a digital phone system that can support up to 20 DECT handsets and a total of 34 extensions with up to 8 exchange lines.

LDK 100- a digital phone system allows up to 96 extensions, 80 DECT cordless handsets and 40 exchange lines or ISDN channels. It offers automatic call distribution,digital voice messaging and in addition to the standard phone system features, computer telephony integration , and customer relationship management applications.

LDK 300 - a digital phone system allowing up to 288 extensions, 192 DECT cordless handsets and 104 exchange lines or 152 ISDN channels. It offers automatic call distribution, digital voice messaging ,in addition to the standard phone system features, computer telephony integration and customer relationship management applications.

COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS

NEXER- is an office-in-a-box communication solution with a full range of phone system features together with a built-in data network for up to 10 PC's, which can share high-speed Internet access via a Broadband connection. It can be networked with other Nexer sites or larger LG systems using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or fixed link networking technology.

The Nexer supports up to 32 extensions, including 12 DECT cordless handsets and 10 data ports for PC's, together with up to 8 exchange lines or 8 higher ISDN channels and one Broadband connection.

In order to compliment the LG key system range, we are able to offer a range of applications from a number of 3rd party vendors that include:

CTI - Computer Telephony Integration applications such as SmartPhone, SmartConnect and SmartOperator are provided by Oak and integrate with the LDK range of telephone systems from LG.

Call Logging - Oak provides Advance, a suite of call logging solutions with a range of capacities and features suited to the most complex or simplest of call logging requirements and integrate with the LDK range of telephone systems from LG.

Call Recording - ProVoice and ProAgent from Oak offer various options and capacities for recording outgoing calls from a single extension or all incoming and outgoing calls for an entire call centre and integrate with the LDK range of telephone systems from LG.

 

PERIPHERALS

We can offer peripheral products that provide additional features or functionality to our range of LG telephone systems.

Voicemail - the Lingo2 from Active Voice and Voxbox from Oak.

UMS – Unified Messaging System – Repartee from Active Voice enables true integration between Voicemail and email.

Headsets and Hands-free working - We offer a wide range from Plantronics and GNI Netcom.

HIAS-High Speed Internet Access System that is designed to integrate with any traditional telephone system, and enables the user to get on-line and at the speed they have come to expect from DSL based Broadband Internet connectivity. - HIAS can be deployed using Ethernet, Wireless or two-wire cabling.
